As an Ecosystem Marketing Manager, you will work closely with some of the most innovative and growing web3 projects in the space. You will have the opportunity to manage the co-marketing relationships with early- to mid-stage startups in the Chainlink BUILD program. You will build strong relationships with founders and the marketing team, coordinate all aspects of BUILD team co-marketing including announcements, event activations, marketing campaigns and more. This is an opportunity to be at the heart of Web3 marketing innovation.

Responsibilities of this Role

  • Develop and manage marketing relationships with current and new BUILD teams. Deliverables may include, but are not limited to: recurring calls with team founders or marketing leads to identify co-marketing opportunities, developing joint marketing campaigns, marketing onboarding of new projects, and serving as the marketing account manager for BUILD projects.
  • Coordinate the timely development, approval, and execution of marketing deliverables.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across Chainlink marketing teams (including business development, community, product, developer relations, content, etc.) to support co-marketing deliverables; act as a point of escalation if issues arise.
  • Coordinate and organize BUILD team participation at 1P and 3P events.
  • Serve as an advisor and resource to internal and external stakeholders on BUILD marketing, in partnership with the BUILD marketing manager.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of ad sales, marketing or PR account management or ecosystem management experience in web3
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to proactively identify and negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes while navigating competing priorities
  • Ability to adapt communication style across varying seniority levels within an organization
  • Must thrive in an environment of rapid change, moving targets, and limited resources
  • A self-starter mentality, able to work independently and proactively to resolve issues
  • Passion for the blockchain space and understanding of the ecosystem

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing or related field
