About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled People Business Partner, Enablement to join our organization. As a People Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our business by evolving the organizational design and capabilities of key areas, improving department-level organizational health and performance, increasing managerial and leadership talent density, and enabling broader people priorities. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and programs that enhance our organizational effectiveness and employee experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRBP roles, extensive experience in HR functional areas, and a proven ability to partner with COEs. Experience in the tech industry, change management, and global workforce management is highly desirable.

Your Impact

  • Evolve the organizational design and capability of key areas of the business, ensuring clarity of business needs, identifying opportunities for evolution, and deploying effective workforce planning and talent development solutions.
  • Improve department-level organizational health, culture, and performance by setting critical goals, executing key initiatives, defining cultural strengths, while optimizing organizational performance.
  • Increase managerial and leadership talent density through the development of a roadmap for manager capability and bench, identification of management development actions, and the rollout of management-specific programs, in partnership with COEs
  • Enable broader people priorities by successfully implementing key people programs, supporting the re-education of leaders and employees, and partnering with COEs to provide input on program design.
  • Drive stakeholder management and partner effectively with senior leaders to resolve issues, build relationships, and ensure the success of HR initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in HRBP roles
  • Demonstrated success in HR functional areas and partnership with COEs, including talent management, organizational design, total rewards, employee relations, organizational health, and program management.
  • HRBP experience in the tech industry, preferably with a globally distributed workforce.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to partner with senior leaders, including Senior Directors and above.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws in the Americas with exposure to global regions.
  • Experience in scaling and differentiating people programs to align with business needs/strategy.
  • Experience with change management and influencing stakeholders to drive alignment.
  • Deep experience partnering with highly skilled employee populations and competitive labor markets.

Preferred Requirements

  • Interest/experience in web3, including working at or advising a web3 company and knowledge of blockchain technology and smart contracts.
  • Global HRBP experience in the tech industry, particularly with a globally remote workforce.
