Job Title: Business Development Specialist, Decentralized Exchange
About Us: We are a leading decentralized trading platform that uses the innovative Proactive Market Maker (PMM) algorithm to provide efficient on-chain liquidity for Web3 assets, making it easy for everyone to issue and trade these assets. Over the last two years since its launch, DODO has been deployed on all major EVM-compatible chains and has accumulated a trading volume of more than 100 billion. We are looking for a dynamic and highly experienced Business Development Expert to help drive our growth.
Strategy Development: Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. Identify business opportunities and innovative strategies to increase user base and improve user experience.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand the competitive landscape of the decentralized exchange market.
Partnerships & Collaboration: Negotiate and close business deals, and manage relationships with partners, stakeholders, and investors. Coordinate with other teams to implement and promote partnerships.
Representation: Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and networking events, showcasing our solutions and establishing strong industry relationships.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with the product, engineering, marketing, and customer support teams to align company goals and strategies.
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or related industry.
Extensive knowledge of blockchain technology and the cryptocurrency market, especially decentralized finance (DeFi) and decentralized exchanges (DEXs).
Exceptional understanding of business strategies, planning, and decision-making.
Proven ability to develop and manage strategic partnerships and drive customer satisfaction.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Fluent in English. Additional language skills are a plus.
Willingness to travel for business meetings, presentations, and industry events.
