The Opportunity
We are looking for a Brand & Content Lead who will drive Midas’ global brand strategy, oversee our rebranding, and own our content and social media presence. This is a high-leverage role at the intersection of finance, crypto, and marketing — perfect for a creative strategist who also understands the nuances of investments, tokenization, and the DeFi ecosystem.
You will lead the repositioning of Midas’ brand, create engaging content for our community and institutional audience, and manage our social presence across Twitter and LinkedIn.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Lead the rebranding of Midas, refining positioning, narrative, and visual identity.
- Own and execute a content strategy that spans articles, thought leadership, visuals, and campaigns.
- Manage and grow our social media accounts (Twitter, LinkedIn), increasing reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure Midas’ brand reflects our vision and resonates with institutional, crypto-native, and retail audiences.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (product, growth, legal) to align messaging across all channels.
- Monitor trends in finance, crypto, and investments to keep Midas at the forefront of industry conversations.
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in brand, content, or marketing roles, ideally at a fintech, crypto, or investment-focused company.
- Strong storytelling ability, capable of simplifying complex financial/crypto topics into compelling narratives.
- Proven track record in social media strategy and execution, with measurable growth in engagement.
- Solid understanding of finance, investments, and crypto markets.
- Creative, proactive, and highly organized, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and visual.
- A self-starter with ownership mindset, motivated to build a category-defining brand.
