The company raised a $9m seed round from top-tier investors including BlockTower, Framework Ventures, Coinbase Ventures and others – and is scaling its go‑to‑market engine and hiring exceptional talent to accelerate distribution.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Head of Marketing to build and lead the full marketing function at Midas. This is a high-leverage leadership role at the intersection of finance, crypto, and RWA tokenization - ideal for a strategic, data-driven leader who is equally comfortable with brand, content, and performance acquisition.
You will own our global marketing strategy end-to-end: From positioning and narrative to brand and content, to campaigns and growth channels. You’ll be responsible for making Midas the category-defining brand in RWA tokenization across institutional, crypto-native & DeFi power users.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Marketing Leadership & Strategy
- Define and own the overall marketing strategy aligned with company and go-to-market goals.
- Translate business objectives into clear marketing roadmaps, KPIs, and experiments.
- Build and scale the marketing organization over time (brand, content, performance, product marketing, and communications).
Brand & Positioning
- Lead the repositioning and rebranding of Midas, including narrative, messaging architecture, and visual identity.
- Craft a differentiated, credible position for Midas across institutional finance, DeFi, and the broader crypto ecosystem.
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across all touchpoints (website, product, socials, sales materials, PR, events).
Content, Thought Leadership & Community
- Own and execute a content strategy spanning educational content, thought leadership, product storytelling, and market commentary.
- Turn complex financial and crypto concepts into clear, engaging narratives for both institutional and retail audiences.
- Oversee content creation across formats (articles, reports, newsletters, visuals, videos, campaigns).
- Elevate Midas’ founders and team as thought leaders through op-eds, keynotes, podcasts, and panels.
Growth & Acquisition
- Develop and manage multi-channel acquisition strategies (paid, organic, partnerships, referrals, and lifecycle/CRM).
- Set up measurement and analytics to track ROI, CAC, LTV, and funnel performance; continuously optimize campaigns.
- Partner with the growth and product teams to design campaigns that drive deposits, product usage, and retention.
Social, PR & Communications
- Own and grow our social presence (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels) to increase reach, engagement, and influence.
- Develop and manage PR and comms strategy: announcements, launches, media relationships, and crisis communications.
- Ensure our messaging is compliant and aligned with regulatory expectations in close collaboration with legal.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, BD, legal/compliance, and leadership to align messaging, launches, and campaigns.
- Support sales and partnerships with narratives, pitch materials, and case studies tailored to institutional clients.
- Stay ahead of market trends in finance, crypto, and tokenization to keep Midas at the forefront of industry conversations.
What We Are Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with significant time in crypto, finance, or investment-focused companies.
- Proven experience owning marketing strategy and execution in a high-growth environment (startup or scale-up).
- Strong track record in brand and content, with demonstrated ability to simplify complex financial/crypto topics into compelling narratives.
- Hands-on experience with social media, campaigns, and growth channels, with measurable impact on engagement and acquisition.
- Solid understanding of finance, investments, and crypto markets; comfortable working with institutional and DeFi-native stakeholders.
- Highly creative but also analytical; you can ideate big swings and still care deeply about metrics, experimentation, and iteration.
- Excellent communication skills (written, visual, and verbal).
- Leadership qualities: ownership mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and excitement to build both the function and the brand from an early stage.
