AI Engineer Intern
Mighty Bear Games
Here at Mighty Bear Games we are reimagining gaming and building the next generation of accessible, multi-platform, genre-defining web3 experiences. We are a leading Singapore-based studio with a global footprint and a team of experienced founders coming from King, Ubisoft, Lucasarts, EA, Gameloft and Disney.
We are looking for a self-motivated and creative AI Engineer Intern.
As an AI Engineer Intern, you’ll design and develop innovative, possibly eccentric, AIs that enhance our players’ experiences. You’ll bring your wildest ideas to life, making our community laugh, think, and play more. Working with cutting-edge tools like LangGraph or Dify, you’ll orchestrate your bots’ behavior to create truly unique interactions.
To bring these AIs to millions of users, you’ll tackle the challenge of achieving technical scalability while managing costs effectively. This means optimizing your solutions so they’re not just fun, but also efficient and accessible to a large audience.
You’ll collaborate with a passionate team that’s just as excited about gaming and technology as you are. Together, you’ll push the boundaries of what’s possible in gaming, creating experiences that leave a lasting impression on our players.
Note: We will only consider candidates with multiple LLM powered projects to showcase. Please link them or share a short case study along with your application.
We are an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and welcome applications from candidates from all walks of life and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all Bears.
What We’re Looking For:
- Python Skills: You’re comfortable coding in Python and have multiple cool projects to show off.
- LLM Knowledge: Familiar with concepts like RAG, memory, embeddings and vector databases. Big plus if you follow the latest developments around retrieval, like late chunking, ColBERT, etc…
- Tech Savvy: Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning language models, and NLP frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Low-Code/No-Code: You’ve played around with platforms that let you build without starting from scratch.
- Problem Solver: You love tackling challenges and finding creative solutions.
- Good Communicator: You can share your ideas clearly and work well with others.
- Gaming Enthusiast: Passionate about gaming and maybe even into crypto or meme coins.
- Show Us Your Stuff: Have existing projects that align with what we’re doing? We’d love to see them!
