About the Position

We’re looking for a Blockchain Solutions Engineer who is hands-on and passionate about designing and building robust, secure, and institutional grade blockchain products and client solutions. You will play a critical role in shaping the technical architecture of our blockchain offerings, engaging with clients, and ensuring our solutions meet the stringent demands of global financial institutions.

This role requires deep technical expertise, a strong security mindset, an understanding of complex financial systems and the ability to take ownership of the development and deployment of smart contract–based systems.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a trusted advisor to institutional clients, understanding their requirements and translating them into robust technical solutions
• Design, build, and deploy smart contracts and blockchain infrastructure, primarily on EVM-compatible chains
• Write clean, efficient, and secure code in Solidity, Rust, or Go
• Design end-to-end blockchain-based solutions for financial services clients, ensuring scalability, security, compliance, and high performance
• Design and oversee integrations with legacy banking systems, APIs, identity providers, and external financial networks
• Define and enforce development best practices, security standards, and code quality
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and security teams across time zones
• Produce high-quality documentation to support maintainability and audits
• Stay at the forefront of blockchain trends, especially Layer 2, EVM performance, and zero-knowledge systems
• Review code with a critical eye for scalability and security

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in blockchain
• Deep understanding of Ethereum, EVM, and smart contract security
• Proven track record of deploying production smart contracts
• Solid grasp of security principles and vulnerability mitigation in blockchain systems
• Experience writing clear and thorough documentation
• Strong ownership mentality and ability to operate independently
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
