We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Account Executive to join our team at Perion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the web3 industry, with a particular focus on web3 gaming. This role involves driving key deals with both web2 and web3 game developers, building strategic partnerships, and maximizing the value our product brings to the gaming ecosystem. The candidate will also represent Perion at industry events and conferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and drive strategic deals with web2 and web3 game developers to integrate their games into the XP Ecosystem
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the gaming industry, with a focus on developers and esports teams
  • Maximize the value of our product for game developers by showcasing the benefits of XP.Dev, XP.SMART, XP.Wallet, and XP.Hub
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance the XP Ecosystem's offerings
  • Represent Perion at industry events, conferences, and other relevant gatherings to promote our brand and solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with our product roadmap and branding initiatives
  • Provide market feedback to help shape the development of our products and features
  • Drive adoption of our affiliate model (XP.Boost) and other revenue-sharing initiatives to increase platform engagement and growth


  • Proven experience as a sales executive or similar senior role, specifically within the web3 or gaming industry
  • Strong network within the web3 gaming community
  • Deep understanding of web3 technology, blockchain integration, and gaming ecosystems
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Experience with SaaS products and B2B sales
  • Willingness to travel for industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with web3 gaming projects, including knowledge of blockchain game development and NFT integration
  • Background in strategic partnerships and business development within the gaming industry
  • Passion for gaming and a commitment to improving the gaming experience for all stakeholders
