Job Description:

Prime Protocol is seeking a Web3 Marketing & Community Lead to spearhead our community-building efforts. This role is perfect for someone with an intuition for creating and scaling vibrant Web3 communities and a track record of building communities for successful Web3 projects. Ideally, you already have a relevant following. You will be the voice of Prime Protocol, tasked with building our brand presence, fostering community engagement, and driving conversations around our innovative DeFi solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Community Management: Full Discord management as well as managing the moderator community. Amplifying Prime Protocol’s mission through the community.
• Managing Twitter Account: Regularly creating and posting content, commenting, engaging with our followers, and interacting with other appropriate accounts.
• Prime Ambassadors Program Management: Managing and coordinating our ambassadors program.
• Content Creators Management: Overseeing a group of content creators.
• Community & Social Reporting: Monitoring key community engagement metrics and KPIs across all channels, offering recommendations for ongoing improvement.
• Partnerships: Communicating with other Web3 projects to explore partnerships and synergies while continually seeking to build your network.
• Continual Research: Staying informed about Web3 trends, breakout projects, the most vibrant communities, and growth tactics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in community management and building for successful Web3 projects.
• Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency, blockchain, and DeFi sectors.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools, with a knack for identifying and adapting to emerging trends.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft messages that engage and inspire.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with a collaborative spirit who can work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Existing relevant following in the Web3 space is highly desirable.
