Job Description:

Prime Protocol is seeking a dynamic and strategic Growth Lead to focus on driving and executing comprehensive growth strategies. This role is perfect for someone with a proven track record in growth execution, user acquisition, and retention within the Web3 space. You will be responsible for identifying and optimizing user acquisition channels, developing engagement loops and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Growth Execution: Craft and execute comprehensive growth strategies to expand the user base.
• Deploy and manage growth programs such as Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) program, community programs and strategic partnerships.
• Channel and Loop Optimization: Identify and optimize user acquisition channels
• Engagement and Retention Development: Develop engagement loops that improve user interaction and retention, supported by data-driven insights into user behavior and preferences.
• Analytical Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams through complex data landscapes to uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and execution of growth strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in strategic growth execution within the Web3 or DeFi sectors.
• Deep understanding of user acquisition channels and optimization techniques.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
• Experience managing KOLs and other community growth programs.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with a collaborative spirit who can work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
