What we're looking for
Solidity smart contract development expertise with previous experience managing mainnet contract architecture, deployment, and operations.
A "composability director". Build each smart contract module in a way that makes it stronger as a piece of the Primitive protocol rather than its individual self. Make inter-composability within the protocol better. Optimize inter-protocol operations with the end user in mind. Build a protocol that is permanent and immutable! Build elegance over brute-force.
Responsibilities
Operate and lead https://github.com/primitivefinance/primitive-contracts
Lead project design, implementation, and operations for Primitive's smart contracts
Manage daily mainnet operations
Organizing and engaging with auditors for new contract releases
High level architecture design for future protocol releases
Optimizing user and protocol experience in the contract's api
Qualifications
1+ years experience with solidity
Responsible for mainnet contracts previously
Experience with mainnet operations
