What we're looking for
Finance, research, and business development experience for leading protocol strategy. Operator familiar with DeFi, DeFi protocols, macro financial market, regulatory, and options.
Responsibilities
Lead all current operations and plan future operations
Lead business development efforts for integrating with other defi projects
Lead initiatives to improve ethereum ecosystem (public goods funding)
Research defi protocol initiatives and organize statistics/metrics
Grow user base and community
Qualifications
1+ years experience in growing fintech/consumer products
Familiar with defi ecosystem
Finance or mathematics background
