The Role

We're seeking a skilled and innovative Data Lead to spearhead our data-driven initiatives and campaign management strategies. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of analyzing onchain data, creating insightful dashboards, and managing customer campaigns to drive success within the Boost ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex onchain datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for our clients and the Boost platform

• Design and implement Dune dashboards to monitor campaign performance, protocol health, and user engagement

• Manage and optimize token distribution campaigns within budget accounts

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, presenting data insights and campaign strategies

• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to integrate data-driven insights into platform development

• Develop and maintain user analytics to measure product usage and inform strategic decisions

• Create and present regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics to internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in blockchain or crypto environments

• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Dune Analytics

• Demonstrated ability to create clear, insightful dashboards and data visualizations

• Familiarity with blockchain technology and onchain data structures

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences

• Experience in campaign management or account management is a plus

What You'll Do

• Be the data expert for our clients, helping them understand and leverage onchain insights

• Develop and execute data-driven strategies to maximize the impact of token distribution campaigns

• Create comprehensive dashboards that provide actionable insights for both internal teams and clients

• Continuously analyze and optimize campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI for our clients

• Collaborate across teams to drive product improvements based on data insights

• Stay at the forefront of blockchain analytics trends and best practices

Nice to Have

• Experience with other blockchain analytics platforms (e.g., Nansen, Glassnode)

• Familiarity with smart contract analysis and on-chain data structures

• Knowledge of tokenomics and incentive mechanisms in crypto projects
