marginfi is building one of the largest lending protocols on Solana. We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to help resolve user-facing issues, such as troubleshooting issues, answering questions about the company and product, and making sure our community feels heard.

Responsibilities

  • Support users across Telegram and email.
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate bugs to the team.
  • Share user feedback with product + engineering.

Requirements

  • Past experience in support, community, or user-facing roles.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Problem-solving mindset; calm under pressure.
  • Interest in DeFi/Solana (or eagerness to learn fast).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with crypto tools or protocols.
  • Multilingual skills.
  • Developer experience.
