What You’ll Do

• Manage 4–5 ongoing projects simultaneously
• Create and monitor project timelines and delivery milestones
• Coordinate developers, designers
• Run regular standups and sync meetings
• Track tasks and progress in project management tools
• Help prioritize work and structure sprints

Requirements

• Proven experience managing multiple tech projects in parallel
• Technical background — you understand how development works
• Hands-on experience with Web3 / crypto products
• Familiarity with Telegram bots, APIs, and product logic
